I do believe new missions will be introduced, but at the same level as what the live team puts out. We have to remember that the primary focus has to be Destiny 2. I'm willingly to bet that this is the new CEOs direction for the company, as with all chain of commands, the big boss brings in new views and ideas that shift the focus from the usual norm of operations.
