First, as someone who asked specifically for a "content roadmap" a few weeks ago, thank you. This update was short, but literally exactly what I wanted, and what I felt the community needed.
"Hey, we have a big update and a big DLC this year. Sequel next year."
That was perfect. I don't need details. I don't want you to ruin the surprise. But I wanted to know that Destiny, a game that I love and am so passionate about, had a future in 2016.
Second, thank you for the rapid response to the issue of ghost drop rates in Crimson Doubles. The community spoke out, and you responded. In under a week, I should add. This felt much more like a "conversation" than previous communications, and it's obvious that it was appreciated.
I feel like this is the beginning of a new era of communication between Destiny devs and Destiny players, and that's exciting. Please don't lose this momentum. Please continue to talk to us.
Signed,
A Loyal (only occasionally salty) Day-One Player

Pathetic road map I want dates, I think we deserve dates
-
I think part of the trouble is bungie can't address anything without being told that they can, so in a way they are forced to sit in information and are not able to tell us
-
You do realize Activision stated all that in their 10k earnings report, essentially forcing this update, yeeees?
-
Agree - nice post.
-
saying thank you is too much credit for too little info
-
They had to announce the road map because of activions earnings call. They were forced to because activion had to announce it as well
-
Bump.
-
PVP content now. PVE content later. Maybe in the future. Planned. Probably. Etheric. Like mist. Can't really tell its there. Non corporeal. Will be forgotten. But pvp is here now. With rewards. Actually happening. Yey.

I agree. Can't wait for a chocolate ghost. Mmm. Tasty.
-
Hopefully.
-
Ya. Thanks for telling us you were going to do something at some point in the future. Derp.
-
At this point you do realize its activision making bungie on these recent fixes, bungie has no further intentions to fix a damn thing till Activision tells them to because if you think bungie cares look how long it really takes bungie to fix a problem (example is the black hammer wasn't fixed till patch 2.0, auto rifle boost we were lied to about and messing up all hand cannons when only a few needed to be individually nerfed)

This!! Yes thank you to whoever the thank you should go to for the roadmap, a light at the end of what seemed to be a never ending dark tunnel.
