I wasn't going to reply but I have to say honestly the truth here is simple. Bungie shouldn't have changed anything until they had a chance to think it over properly. Knowing players will out smart the programer and decision makers. That all possibilities should have been considered. Again ToO need to rework the mechanism. Should have standard weapons and armors for all players.
