It's been a percentage of the ammo you have from the begging, they already patched the icebreaker once so it dosnt transfer any ammo to another weapon if you are alive when you switch

Here a solution not one of you -blam!-tards could ever wrap your head around because it would impair you aswell as everyone, at the end of every round remove all special ammo. And pve gets left alone
