I HAVE A MISSION FOR YOU GUYS!
It's Valentine's Day, and we may or may not have someone special to spend it with. Regardless, I have a mission for you guys and gals :)
By the end of this day, I want you to tell at least one person how much you appreciate them, whether verbally or non-verbally, and it can even be little gestures like leaving cake on their doorstep (being anonymous works too)
We live in a world where everyone is so underappreciated and honestly we could all use a little more love. And it can be anyone, your boyfriend, your boss, heck it can even be a forum member! Even if you hate them haha ;)
And if you'd like, share your story or opinions below, I look forward to everyone's stories :)
I'm going to leave some chocolate cake at the desk in my boss's office, he's such a pain sometimes but I really think he'd enjoy the cake ^-^

Then whilst walking down to meet my friends I saw a person who kinds looked sad, so I proceeded to give them a pat of the shoulder than give them a quick hug. This was advice I gave to one person, but sod it il share it with you all Look a word of advise, girls don't get with guys like that (not most for the sake of exceptions) the main things that attract woman are confidence, being direct, and a good sense of humour, if you make a girl laugh your already half way there as it makes you fun to be around, it also shows you're not afraid of being yourself. And then of course there is charm (and I'm not talking about swag/oneliner rubbish) true charm is the presentation of truth in a flattering manner, and also requires observation, woman tend to draw attention to things they are most proud of so its not that difficult, and they'll appreciate you taking the effort to notice. Other than that, I know it's easy to think girls only like dickheads, it might be easy to think "oh well if that's what they like il act like that too!" Just don't do that, be you, have faith in yourself and you'll do fine dude.

4 RepliesNormally I'm an emotionless introvert. A perpetual mope. Typically, I see other people as violent, greedy, assholes. I didn't tell anyone how much they mean to me (no friends/ all known relatives are deceased) but I saw this thread and decided I would be nice to people. I held open a door for about 6 people (causing me to miss the bus). Didn't get a smile or a thank you. A girl dropped some lip gloss while doing something in her purse. I returned it to her and she couldn' even be bothered to look up from her phone and say thank you. I said hi to some people. Some greeted me back, some ignored me, and 2 two girls apologized and told me they had a boyfriend. Wtf. Last thing I can think of is I saw a girl looking angry and flustered. I asked if she was okay and she replied "Do I look -blam!-ing okay?" S he then stormed off.
