It was one of the best snipers ever seen for pvp.
Only sniper in the game that is in the high ROF archetype + able to Rez Snipe. The invis is also like training wheels. AA is very solid as well.

It's a shame that the nerf to Aggressive Ballistics means that it (and Hereafter too) can't revive-snipe.

Ya, in the glory days it was ridiculous. Easy to see why it didn't make it into Y2.
