Is a Legendary Red Spectre with Crowd Control / Perfect Balance / Glass Half Full a good roll?

Is this a good roll? I have spray and play armor piercing rounds and grenadier on red spectre

I loved mine...until I upgraded it. I have Focused Fire, Perfect Balance, and Counterbalance. Now the ROF is so low it's useless in Crucible. TTK is insanely high. UGH

I just got another. Range finder, hand laid stock and counterbalance, it's so much more stable than all the autos I've gotten so far

I want a better roll mine came as mini red death with "life support" and "spray and play" with "rifled barrel" being the best mid pick oh I miss the pest control matrix roll I had crowd control , glass half full , extended mag it ripped apart the Oryx ( story ) after that I started to use year 2 weapons for pve

I can pick hand laid stock, but that sacrifices range. Even if it had perfect balance, I doubt it would outperform the average auto rifle. It looks cool, though. Edit: I tried it in Crucible, and I take it back. I like it.

I would think so because my hatchet has crowd control and glass half full, minus the other one and I find it to be effective in matches when my aim is off. To fully answer your question, I would take that roll on a pulse rifle, scout rifle, or auto rifle... so yes, I think that is an excellent roll.

It has very good rolls, even if u don't use it keep it,, the stats on that gun are wrong , it has the stats of zhalo supercell,,, even if u don't use it for PvP it should be good for pve

I rarely see Crowd Control and Glass Half Full together and with Perfect Balance, makes it strong. If it had Counterbalance instead of Perfect Balance, it would be perfect in my opinion. Well done.
