So this might be a dumb question but how do you convert impact to damage for pvp?
For example...Touch of Malice has an impact of 35 (without perk). Does this mean it does 35 damage to head in pvp?
Thanks.

Last word has a 7.5% increase of damage to impact while all other hand cannons have 1-2%. That's how well there balancing is. (I calculated without aggressive ballistics and while I was firing down the sight so that there would be no damage buff) This 7.5% allows last word two get a two shot headshot while hip firing and running with aggressive ballistics, meanwhile first curse that has 32% more impact requires 3 (in a controlled situation first curse does 95dmg per headshot) Also with low impact and high impact auto rifles some of the high impact ones are missing up to 70% of the damage they should be doing if you base it off the same calculations as the low impact ones. The weapons may not be necessary over powered but they are definitely unbalanced.
