This is why people are using thorn. It seems immune to phantom bullets. Basically if you want to use a handcannon (besides spamming with tlw) you HAVE to use thorn. As much hate as it gets, it's the only damn handcannon that doesn't shoot blanks. Bungie, keep the stupid range drop off but get rid of bloom in handcannons. Bullets not hitting is not acceptable.
