Just went flawless a few hours before reset and...
...I finally got a twilight garrison! First time doing trials in months and this trials weekend was pretty fun. After buying 9 chest engrams from xur and getting 9 Armamentariums at 290 light whilst being ~313 at the time of opening in the hopes of getting a twilight garrison, I thought RNGsus just wouldn't let me have it. Until tonight that is.
What did you get this week from trials matches/lighthouse/packages? Or from the raid?
Edit: some people seem to not grasp the idea that horrible RNG luck is a thing and so is the possibility of getting 290 exotics from the cryptarch even above 310 light.

Doesn't happen when you're over 311 dude! If that is Rng that sucks, I've literally popped open about 100 exotic engrams since 311, and never 290. I dunno

Some guy I was in a fireteam with who is normally 315+ light was complaining that his exotic decrypted into 290, turned out he still had his Y1 NLB equipped from the FFA game we just had... I was inspecting him at the time and watched him change from his NLB to his 310 Mida while he was complaining

You can still get exotics at 290 if you're at any level of 310, but once our 311+, I have never had it happen or actually see it personally on anyone else.

2 RepliesCool. I got mine from a three of coins which dropped a chest engram. Opened it on my Warlock hoping for a Praxic Fire and got the Mr. Garrison instead.

All consoles have a video function. Record it next time. Unfalsifiable to everyone then. I haven't [b]seen[/b] a person decrypt as a 311+ and get anything less than 310. All we have is heresay. I for one don't believe you based on my own experiences. I can see RNG -blam!-ing you with multiple armas, it's Destiny. But the armour stat for decryption past 311 isn't RNG. Congrats on getting the TG, I've found it to be more of a novelty than a necessity but I haven't given myself a chance at practicing movement with it just yet, got mine from a Legendary engram (yay).
