The stuff you are listing tho is a small amount of the Grimoire. Most of it comes from you actually playing the game, getting kills with certain weapons, certain classes. That's where majority of it comes from. Unless you pay someone to play on your account then no. And what person have you met that has been carried through the whole game? No one plays a game to get carried through it. They play a game to play it =/
