kid,l are you stupid? Maybe a solid 1000 grimoire is pvp alone. you need a 100 wins in salvage, doubles, elimination, rumble, control, skirmish, and whatever else I missed. they all beak up into three tiers of grimoire for 5 each. Tier 1- 25 wins Tier 2- 50 wins Tier 3-100 wins. so this is for each game mode that you need 100 wins for. I might've missed one or two uptop, but that's a majority of them. then in pvp, you need 5 kills in each class. tier 1- 1000 pvp kills Tier 2- 2500 pvp kills Tier 3- 5000 pvp kills there is a huge amount of grimoire in pvp alone and it's a way longer grind then pve grimoire. pve grimoire you go on one mission, farm kills and die. pvp you need to actually be good and get a lot of kills

Edited by ElderWolfWalker: 2/16/2016 11:05:53 PMThanks for telling me nonsense, i have max grimiore.
-
Lol I didn't bother to check, sounded like a noob when you said pvp has very little to do with grimoire
-
but i didn't say that

He is right. Not you but the guy you called stupid. I've completed most pvp Grimoire. I'm not amazing at the game. I play trials every week and have been flawless once. But I have high Grimoire. Grimoire = experience. I know good strategies but I can't execute them well. Grimoire doesn't = gunskill.
-
this. I have max grimore, i'm not even that good at crucible. I know many people with max grimore that aren't amazing at PVP but are great in PVE. Even the top players of PVP have low grimiore scores
-
Grimoire doesn't mean PvP skill at all. PvP skill is completely unrelated to Grimoire.
-
as i said, "sort of but not really"
-
100 rumble wins is dead

Edited by Daddy Chill (Adept): 2/16/2016 8:51:34 PMHis argument is that generally higher grimiore players are better at pvp, I can see the relationship because higher grimiore could relate to more time in the game, which could relate to more time in pvp, thus giving you more experience. My previous statement does not gaurantee that low grimiore players are bad or higher grimiore players are good. I got a 1.5kdr and I'm 3800 grimiore w.en

Grimoire is 99% based off PvE content. You can't say high Grimoire means anything for PvP skill because people with high grimoire are generally PvE Guru's. I'm not saying that people who are good at PvE can't be good at PvP I'm just saying FPS skill doesn't translate to Grimoire. I've seen many people who mainly PvP and they are really good but have 3500 Grimoire approximately.

Edited by Daddy Chill (Adept): 2/16/2016 8:56:59 PMWhat if you had two people to choose for trials, one is 4800 grimiore and the other is 1000, but both are equally skilled. The advantage goes to the 4800 grimiore player over the 1000. Does the 1000 grimiore player even know the spawns? Sniper lanes? Important choke points? How to deal with non meta strategies? Odds are he will have less knowledge because he has played the game less. Year 1 vs year 2 with equal skill.
