Legendary Edition Promo Code Not working
So my younger brother got Destiny when he bought his PS4 but he didn't want the game, he didn't download it either, so he gave it to me. I've been playing for a while but I just realized it came with a promo code for expansion packs I & II, weapon pack, and digital collector's edition upgrade. So I followed the instructions to redeem it but it's telling me it's already been used...how's that possible if I never redeemed it?? It doesn't expire until 2017 so I'm completely confused! What do I do?

You can only progress to lvl40 with Both DLC and TTK installed? A quick check the weapons pack is an early access and they are at the vanguard armorer green sorus weapons The shader and emblem should be available at the kiosk sorus If you had the collectors edition check the exotic armor kiosk and look at the exotic class items to see if they are available
