I did read it. That's why I replied. I meet way more people with lower grim that are better than peopl with higher grim, so do my friends. People who focus on collecting grim by farming grim generally are not better than people who play the game to farm the content to be good. People who don't focus on grim and do focus on playing well are much better raid partners most of the time. Those are real facts found with experience not random percentages off the top of my head because of my posts in lfg.
