"Sorry if I come off as an elitist, I just want to get this done fast". I tell them its way better then a light level requirement, I don't like people asking for light level and demanding you to use a certain weapon. I know how to play my characters and everyone should know how to play theirs. I should not tell a person what to use. Do you think people who ask for 315+ or 318+ light level are elitist? Because the raid can easily be done by a 310. Anywhoo I do like your respond, you read my original post and gave actual feedback and your opinion.
