Its not an exploit if you're using a weapon as it was intended. Icebreaker is a shit sniper without the regeneration perk.

If it were ascended to Y2 values, it would be a rez-sniping machine that regenerated ammo. That is huge. I've been dropped in normal Crucible right out of revives. It not being able to rez-snipe is entirely due to the 5% damage reduction it suffers from a 10 Light difference.

Lol what are u talking about that sniper would still be amazing.

The recoil is horrible and it forces you to give up an exotic primary. Im strictly talking as a pvp option. 1k stare is a much more useful option.
