OP is complaining that people cannot play without special, which is a play style. And I'm going to agree with OP to an extent; I played someone with a 2.5KD or so and he barely got a single kill. The guy messaged us afterwards and said I'm nothing without special ammo. He never got his sniper ammo the entire game.
