Unless you mean each Grimoire card objectively shows you've completed certain things. Like a checklist (and that's all the Grimoire is). Which isn't an indicator of how skillfully you completed said activities, only that you've done so. For example number of particular guardian kills or wins in particular modes. It doesn't consider or indicate how long out how many attempts it took to get to those totals.
