Grimoire= experience, skill level may vary. Ghosts and fragments give alot but 20000 kills with each character plus x amount of kills with each weapon class, enemies killed, pvp matches won, etc, list goes on. Means that individual has played ALOT and can more than likely be good on your fireteam.
