*Prepares laser face*
If Guardians receive new bodies every revive the Gravemind episode laugh his ass off with each magic being it claims.

from what we know about ghost revives the ghost actually just breaks down your body and probably nearby materials (to patch bullet holes and all that) into an atomic soup and puts it back together with light. Assuming the gravemind doesn't infect the ghost or the traveller then your ghost would just pluck your atoms out of the flood biomass and revive you. The gravemind wouldn't profit in biomass from absorbing a guardian.

-
I'd assume so. Breaking down atoms is a pretty precise process so I don't see why a ghost couldn't pick out a guardians original body and leave the new parts. Of course this is all assuming that the gravemind doesn't just infect the ghost/traveller or use bungie's favorite superpower, paracausality.
-
May I have a quote where it is stated they can alter your subatomic structure?
-
Okay I've searched the internet high and low for it but I can't find the quotes for the invective exotic bounty crucible part. It goes something like "prove to me that you don't spend most of your time in the crucible as atomic goop" If you want to search for it yourself you can but I can't find it.

Edited by Edcub One: 2/22/2016 3:38:52 AMI'm still not convinced that will work seeing as the Forerunners could take apart and build things at the subatomic level, yet they still couldn't cure the Flood.

*Prepares laser face* Ahh, but the Gravemind is very manipulative and has caused many AI to induce early rampancy. Ghosts, being AI could be manipulated into not reviving their guardian.
-
Even worse, a ghost can be manipulated into allowing their guardian to be infected.
