Okay I've searched the internet high and low for it but I can't find the quotes for the invective exotic bounty crucible part. It goes something like "prove to me that you don't spend most of your time in the crucible as atomic goop" If you want to search for it yourself you can but I can't find it.

I'm still not convinced that will work seeing as the Forerunners could take apart and build things at the subatomic level, yet they still couldn't cure the Flood.
