Blood fruit. Power to drain your foes blood and essentially kill them by touch.

What's the downside

There is blood everywhere and you absorb his blood. There fore any disease is now your problem unless you have a strong body. Kinda a trade off. You kill him but now you have to deal with wrong blood type or disease.
