Grimoire is time played. Its no more than that. To say grimoire is equal to skill is like saying collecting pokemon cards means your good at pokemon.

Time played is time played. Grimoire is a list of task that get completed while playing the game. Just like your trophy list or achievement list depending on which console you play on. I rather play with someone who has all the trophies in the game when I am trying to get it done fast.
