Fastest? Yes. In a straight line. Nobosy will argue that. It also takes time to build up yhe momentum for the speed in which you are talk about.
Most agile? Absolutely not. We are the boulder I mentioned in the firat example. We can go fast. Turning? Yea... no so much.

Exactly. Titans are fast. But they can't make quick lateral movements, up down, shoot from the air, change directions mid jump... etc...
