The hexadecimal is extremely easy to crack, simply there as a default mode in order to enable farther reach. What you hear, however... Is quite a bit tougher to understand. It seems to be two people talking to each other in a foreign language. Normal for any transmission this far out. What's odd about this one is that the conversation is taking place on one end of the line and being broadcast out on open air... Like a radio broadcast...?
