Advice. If you are farming the perfect roll on sniper, you want to stay in rank 3 as long as you can. Rank 2 for gaunlets. (I need int/dis with sniper or handcanon for my sniper gear set, until that I dont want to move to next rank) *each rank has its own loot, making almost impossible getting lower rank's loot on higher ranks. Ranks share loot table, so at rank 5, your chances to get drops from rank 2, are tiny little almost impossible.
