Arminius-D
Hey Destiny community! It's your friendly neighborhood Roman here.
Now, I know there are more than a few of you running around with the Suros ARN-33 auto rifle. If you were lucky enough to get a stability perk, I'm sure you're a big fan of the weapon. It shreds in the Crucible, but because it's a rare, it's useless in Iron Banner and Trials of Osiris.
If you're finding that 7th Trials win elusive and still don't have the Doctrine of Passing, but are looking for a legendary auto rifle to compete, I've got good news!
Banshee is selling the Arminius-D in The Tower. For 2500 glimmer you can dish out all the auto rifle carnage you want. You'll have to wait until next week to actually get the gun of course, but it's well worth the wait.

4 RepliesHey, can you use it without Counterbalance and just Brace Frame? I bought the palace last week, and was gonna get the 2nd roll with Spray and Play and Crowd Control, but it doesn't have Counterbalance. So is this still usable in PvP?

Got one with counterbalance and braced frame and while it is just as good, mine has pretty bad optics sadly, so I just hate using it

2 RepliesMight be a stupid question but if you hold on to the package, will next week's arms day have a different set of perks available even though the arminius might not even be sold? Reading some post people are saying yes. I was under the assumption that you have to hold on to the package for the next time the gunsmith sells the arminius, which may or may not be next week.

6 RepliesI bought an order for the arminus on each character so I got three chances. However I don't "love" the perks on any. I don't think focused fire rolls are great idea for what you want the weapon to be. Spray and play and crowd control are ok but not the desired counter balance. I'm fine with trying one out as I got two more rolls.

Selecting this option will drop your magazine from 72 to 60.

3 RepliesSuper excited for tomorrow. I'm keeping the Arminius package until I see braces frame and counterbalance though. I have a doctrine but I would rather have an Arminius, 6 extra rounds and a lot more fun.

My arminius d has hot swap, counterbalance and braced frame, actually banshee sold this roll twice in a row. I also have a dop with CB, personally I prefer arminius, It's just easier to control.

1 ReplyI have 3 orders for it but I doubt I'll use it for much more than a toy. My grasp of Malok with Rangefinder, braced frame, glass half full is my baby. Also have a doc with counter balance.
