Hey Destiny community! It's your friendly neighborhood Roman here.
Now, I know there are more than a few of you running around with the Suros ARN-33 auto rifle. If you were lucky enough to get a stability perk, I'm sure you're a big fan of the weapon. It shreds in the Crucible, but because it's a rare, it's useless in Iron Banner and Trials of Osiris.
If you're finding that 7th Trials win elusive and still don't have the Doctrine of Passing, but are looking for a legendary auto rifle to compete, I've got good news!
Banshee is selling the Arminius-D in The Tower. For 2500 glimmer you can dish out all the auto rifle carnage you want. You'll have to wait until next week to actually get the gun of course, but it's well worth the wait.

5 RepliesIn my opinion the paleocontact auto is better then both yes it has a little slower rate of fire but over better stats and the roof is not that much of a difference Rof=88 Impact=8 Range=44 Stability=54 can be more with right roll Reload=68 Magazine=57 can be more with field scout So jn my opinion I take more impact and range for a little less Rof and it can hold its own against the doctrine just opinion though as everyone has there preferred gun

1 ReplyWell without counterbalance/persistence and braced frame I think it's basically useless. An AR without good stability is like the most useless weapon ever.

Counterbalance and Braced Frame are a must. Ignore anything else.

3 RepliesI put in an order with the gunsmith and looking forward to picking a good roll tomorrow. From what I've read in this post Counter balance and Braced frame seems the way to go? I never had this gun before but my first ever legendary in Destiny was a 'Doctor Nope' and that was a beast to handle!! Happy Hunting Guardians

20 RepliesThe Arminius is better because it can roll with a preferable sight, high caliber rounds, and a better perk than persistence such as 3rd eye.

Bought a package from the gunsmith, then went to Shaxx to turn in the weekly bounty and he gave me it!! Not brilliant rolls, but 56 stability is pretty good. Seems to be good in Crucible so far.
