You aren't using suppression or lighting grenades correct I guess. I can't tell you how many supers I've stopped or triples I get from lightning grenades

Yes those Grenades are good but fire bolts take you out of the fight for 14 seconds and leave you one shot imo that is much better than lightning and suppressor grenades

Yeah but I think it's just burns in general that really take you out of the fight. Without the burn fire bolts are still pretty good but not the best
