The captain of the infinity stood on the command deck with the senior crew around him. The ship traveled through space as he stared out into the vastness.
"So strange. These stars, no one from home has charted them. We are the first to reach out and touch them."

"State of the art this ship may be, I don't like taking a cruiser alone into a potential battle against such a large fleet."
-
"Not to fight, but to barter, trade and help."
-
"Too risky, unknown contact broadcasting an unreadable signal. It sounds like a trap to me."
-
"From wha I heard it sounded like a fleet broadcast."
-
Edited by SilverPulse620: 2/25/2016 3:25:38 AM"Correct. We are not the first to reach them. The people of this galaxy charted these areas way before we ever made this ship."-Silver *he sees Silver at the scanner station, looking out at the stars through the main window
-
"Also, Akkar and I have -blam!-ed up many, many, MANY alien races. I think we're heading into a system I've been to before."
-
"Possibly."-Silver *he starts running scans on the system
-
"Can you get me a name?"
-
"Closest I can get through translations is that it is called the Tirbinar System. There haven't been many to come here, but there have been enough to know that it has some strange moons over the 5th planet, which just so happens to be in the Goldilocks zone."-Silver
Goldilocks Zone is a term used to describe the area around a star where the temperature allows water to be a liquid.
-
"Yeah, I've heard about it. I've never been here, but I've heard it."
-
"I heard only rumors. They tell of strange shadow-like beings that patrol the jungles of the 5th planet and its moons, killing anyone they see. If so, it is probably one of the first worlds in this universe that Entropy took over. We best be cautious if we go down there."-Silver *he starts his scan of the planet
-
"So shoot everything. Got it." He says, laughing

Edited by SilverPulse620: 2/25/2016 3:51:21 AM"No. Avoid them at all costs. These aren't just your garden variety of shade, which you can kill after a few lucky attacks. These things will rip you apart, no matter what you are made of or what armor you are wearing. Shooting them will only make them rip you apart more gruesomely."-Silver
-
"Eh. I'll just find a new bot. But yeah, I'll try not to piss them off. Actually, I have something I'm working on that might stop them."
-
Edited by SilverPulse620: 2/25/2016 3:53:39 AM"What? If it is light based, I'm sorry, but the Alliance tried that. It didn't work. These things are made up of some matter from another universe with strange properties, not shadow."-Silver
-
"Think of a laser pointer on a much bigger and deadlier scale."
-
*he raises an eyebrow underneath his helmet "A Death Star? Really? That will just get us in trouble with the people of this galaxy, and that is the last thing we need right now."-Silver
-
"No, if only I could build one. This one is a attachment for my arm."
-
"Probably still not a safe idea to use it. Even if you could kill one or a few, hundreds of them would be all over you and ripping you apart before you could even process their look. Might want to avoid this system if we can."-Silver
-
"Hey, whatever you want to do."
-
Edited by SilverPulse620: 2/25/2016 3:06:47 AM*Silver looks out at the stars from the scanner console "It would have taken nearly 500 million years for us to see their light as they are now. It is indeed extraordinary. However, due to their extreme heat, I don't recommend taking the ship very close to one of them."-Silver
-
"I don't actually mean that we should touch them. It's a figure of speech."
-
"Oh. Okay. Still, we may want to be cautious. I've heard rumors about this system that are very bad."-Silver
-
"What rumors?"
-
"Rumors that Entropy's forces completely took over the 5th planet and its moons. The shades occupying the planet are unlike any other Entropy has sent. I recommend evading this system, just in case they see us and decide to attack."-Silver
