Yes. If I remember correctly, I waited a month and a half. I REALLY wanted a good roll.
Edited to add- Make sure your gunsmith level is high enough to get 3 different options for every order. I forget exactly what level it is, I think it's only gunsmith level 3. This will help your odds.

This is why I bought the same package on all 3 toons so I could get one immediately, and but at least. Two more at later dates.
