Well, speaking from personal experience after persistence procs on doctrine of passing the damn thing is like a laser. It definitely does enough to make a difference. Also had an up for anything with rangefinder and persistence that I could tell a difference after persistence procs

The only perks I would consider better than persistence would be zen moment and maybe crowd control or glass half full

Unfortunately never had that game myself. Bought an Xbox with halo 3 and I think I bought every halo that was launched after that for Xbox 360 :p Halo 3 was the best one imo
