If they say that the game sucks, then Bungie needs to prove them wrong, not sweep them under the rug. The rug already has too much shit under it and you can't keep sweeping under it forever. Any criticism can be viewed as useless by us, but to a gaming company, it is called feedback. It is the job of the consumer give feedback, even if it is harsh and unfair, so that the company can learn and do better in the future. They can also choose to ignore some feedback but they can't ignore it all, doing so would cause damage with the relationship of company and customer. Bungie can do better.
