It's not a test weapon, it's an armsday weapon. U place the orders on those and then wait until Wednesday to have three perk rolls to choose from and it's a full legendary with just as many perk slots. It actually has far higher aim assist than the doctrine. If u don't like the rolls, then u wait until the next Wednesday when there are new rolls available. Repeat until u get exactly what u want. It is also able to get counterbalance and braced frame at a fairly decent chance which pus it right on par with the doctrine. For any give week, there is a 1/8 chance that one of the rolls will have those two perks.
