I used a 314 arminius with counterbalance in trials to get a 320 doctrine with counterbalance. Which one is better?

What's the second perk on the Arminius?

But it also has braced frame, like The doctrine

Just looked up the Arminius in the armory If it has Counterbalance, that will eliminate most of the Side-to-side Recoil, which would make Braced Frame Redundant. If it gets Counterbalance, I'd prefer Rifled Barrel to get that range
