All that alone can stomp destiny. If anyone wants to debate me on that feel free. Let's try to keep it civil.

It's written in lore that nothing came before the precursors. Thousands of years maybe millions before time
-
I get ur guys point both races are very old but it is not possible to come before time. It goes against they physical, mathematical and hypothetical definition of time i dont give a shit what either games lore says. Also due to general relatively it is possible that even though a race has been around for billions of years there could be someone who relative to them has been around for a few seconds or much longer. Example based on earths location and speed the universe for us is 13.5 billion years old but elsewhere it could be 100 billion years old or even less than a minute old. Point is if one species predates everyone else in their part of the universe that does not mean they predate life elsewhere
-
Precursors are not of the physical realm, or they could've existed in the universe that existed before the main Halo universe. So it's certainly possible.
-
It is illogical to believe that life can predate matter. It is a huge assumption to say they predate the entire universe
-
They are not of our physics or concepts. They are not support to be possible in our reality. They can literally change the universe's consciousness and in extension the laws of physics to suit their needs.
-
You do know the precursors created all matter and life right. They even made themselves physical forms. It has nothing to do with real logic it has to do with Halo logic.

Edited by SuperStormDroid: 3/3/2016 2:25:05 AMDon't forget the target locator. According to the Grimoire card on Petra, Prince Uldren used his ship to bomb several Fallen Wolves, Guardians, and their ghosts. If a reef bombing run can permakill guardians, than I can't see why the UNSC cannot do the same.
-
Unsc alone would beat destiny
-
The city yes, The other factions? No.
-
Oh yes they would lol
-
How? We don't know the true size of the factions, so we can't say.
-
Do you know the full size of the UNSC? It's almost the entire Milky Way Galaxy. Unsc has weapons of mass destruction that can destroy a planet from afar.
-
No. The UNSC only had 800 worlds at its peak and now has around 100.
-
Edited by The Rookie: 3/4/2016 1:03:11 AMThat's still quite a bit. Also they are at their peak rn. Then unsc has never been more powerful than it is now. The Spartans have never been more advanced. The weapons have never been so powerful.
-
Edited by Edcub One: 3/4/2016 1:04:14 AMTechnologically speaking they are at their peak. But the human covenant war still striped them of most of their resources and population. In the end though this is not proof of them being able to fight all the destiny factions and win.
-
The UNSC used to get its ass kicked by the overwhelming force of the covenant. Now look at them. They wipe the floor. They are fighting The Covenant, The Promethians, The Insurrectionists, and minor Flood outbreaks and have been for about 8 years since their peak. Then let's take this into consideration. Look what 3 Destiny Guardians did to those factions. You think the Spartans couldn't do it any better? They would. The factions that the UNSC fights makes the other destiny factions look like wussies. Covenant who destroyed worlds and brought races to extinction? The overwhelming unstoppable power of the Flood? The ancient Promethians who are decendents of the all immortal Forerunners? The guerilla tactics of the Insurrectionists? Cmon don't deny the facts.

Edited by Edcub One: 3/4/2016 1:27:50 AM
The UNSC used to get its ass kicked by the overwhelming force of the covenant. Now look at them. They wipe the floor. ------ They don't wipe the floor with the enemies. They have an advantage but it's not big. ------ They are fighting The Covenant, The Promethians, The Insurrectionists, and minor Flood outbreaks and have been for about 8 years since their peak. ------ They only fought off the flood due to Master chief and the Elites aid. They cannot defeat the flood otherwise without resorting to immediate bombardment, but nine times out of 10 they will not be quick enough. ------ Then let's take this into consideration. Look what 3 Destiny Guardians did to those factions. You think the Spartans couldn't do it any better? They would. The factions that the UNSC fights makes the other destiny factions look like wussies. Covenant who destroyed worlds and brought races to extinction? ------ The Cabal could literally throw worlds around. They are easily on a similar level. ------ The overwhelming unstoppable power of the Flood? ------ Who would have murdered them if they had not been EXTREMELY lucky. ------ The ancient Promethians who are decendents of the all immortal Forerunners? ------ They are not immortal just very long-lived. Also the Promethean's are terrible, they are just the creations of A mentally insane forerunner. Hardly worth noting when compared to the Worrier servants. ------ The guerilla tactics of the Insurrectionists? Cmon don't deny the facts.
------ None of this proves they could defeat the enemies who we know to little about to directly compare them to. It's a pointless argument. ------
-
Desticle desticle you need to stop giving facts you don't know anything about. Why don't you do some more research because almost everything you said to counter is not true or does not make sense
-
My gosh. Have you read this thread? I have challenged the destiny side far more then the Halo side. This battle will come down to reality warpers vs reality warpers where we can't get a winner. Their is no proof that the UNSC can beat all the Destiny factions. So stop assuming things and provide REAL PROOF for your claims.
-
I have only provide facts and proven statistics
-
Edited by Edcub One: 3/4/2016 2:28:42 AMAlthough there is one piece of lore which states that the cabal have more worlds then humanity has ever known, hyperbole? Probably, but it's the only thing we have and would put the Cabal in the billions of worlds. So it would be best if we drop this argument.
-
Edited by The Rookie: 3/4/2016 2:40:47 AMYou wanna drop it because your being proven wrong I see. I must say sheer numbers don't win a war my friend
-
Edited by Edcub One: 3/4/2016 2:46:36 AMFine then we use this quote and the Cabal outnumber the UNSC 10s of millions to one. Their is no hope for victory.
-
But we have no stats and statistics for the enemy so we can't compare them.
-
Exactly.
