The Arminius is better because it can roll with a preferable sight, high caliber rounds, and a better perk than persistence such as 3rd eye.

Persistence is THE perk that makes bullet hoses useable
-
Nope, you are incorrect. Counterbalance is. Persistence helps, but is outclassed by counterbalance.

Edited by Neutrill: 3/1/2016 5:19:41 PMWhy not both? They don't share the same perk slot do they? DoP has both
-
It's in the same slot on Arminius.
-
That's lame. Counterbalance then
-
Indeed.
-
After the initial burst, the gun fires like a laser due to persistence. But if counterbalance by itself works better for you that's fine. Both are equal in helpfulness imo.
-
counterbalance makes your gun fire like a laser beam all of the time. Better.
-
It only eliminates the lateral recoil, but I see how that is helpful
-
It makes all of the recoil go upwards, which makes it a joke to control. It's literally a laser beam if you've got thumbs to control it with.
-
If you can get it with High Caliber Rounds and Counterbalance, it could well be a Doctrine beater. If it's possible to add Persistence with those perks, Doctrine will be second best.
-
imo persistence isn't good if there's already counterbalance present. The recoil is a joke to control when it's all upward (which is what counterbalance does.)
-
Persistence is a must, you're mental
-
Persistence is a must, you're mental
The Doctrine is horrible imo. I prefer my Arminius-D. The recoil is quite manageable with just Counterbalance and Hakke iron sights are my favorite. I use AR's exclusively in Crucible. My advice to everyone is to try guns you're interested in and make your own conclusions.
-
Good call. I think the issue is that it's not often available n with 3 choices people don't wanna make the wrong choice
-
Nope. Does hardly anything. If you question my ability/knowledge with high rate of fire autos, feel free to watch this montage.
-
I've watched about 9 reviews on the gun already, and there's a reason persistence comes standard on the doctrine
-
It's not a very useful perk when paired couterbalance. Idc what your reviews say, usually reviews are covered by the brainless grinder youtubers, not actual good players.
-
You can't pair it with arminius , it's the same tree.
-
Then in that case it's counterbalance vs persistence, and counterbalance is 100% better than persistence. Unless all you do is spray and hope you hit your shots, that is.
