At this point I'd be happy with a glitch free, smooth running, fair connection.
You don't build a house from the roof down, you start at the foundation, and the underlying foundation of this game is horribile on the pvp side.
The matchmaking sucks ass
The weapon balance is ass
The class balance is ass
The lag, the lag is the worst I've ever seen on an online game, it's truly horrific and bungie should be embarrassed at the mess they created, honestly.
The rewards systems and leveling system....idk what to say about it, it's bad, not as bad as other things but bad lol
The underlying mechanics are awesome
The game is beautiful
It is fun to play with friends
I like the game
But they really need to straighten out their shit if I'm going to buy anything from them again

I think part of the problem is that they started Destiny as a primarily PVE game and now they are trying to make it more PVP. I'm not a fan of PVP but I do play iron banner, some trials, and try to finish the PVP quests and I agree at how broken it is. I thought about going back to COD but from my understanding, they copied a lot from Destiny.

Battlefield 5 (or bad co3) is coming out later this year, I primarily play battlefield games, black ops 2 was good though. I play destiny on a ps3, but have a ps4 and idk if i like what they did with black ops 3 from what I saw and don't plan on buying it. But, on the destiny tip, the pvp is a mess. It can be fun, but there are wayyyy too many ohk things that are too easy to obtain for there to ever be balanced the way it's set up currently. And the connection issues are unfixable with their current architecture and software. The constant weapon balancing is a joke, no other game has gone through so many major performance and damage balances, it's an embarrassing performance from this formally storied developer.
