For sure. Like if you use shatter, the three mini bombs are there to use within say 10 seconds. Similar to golden gun or quiver.
I can see all the nerf warlocks bitching on the forums now

Or, voidwalkers should be more damage over time like all abilitys lingers on enemies, because IT feels like voidwalkers is more of a controll class more Than damage. The thing is stormcallers exceeds on that point... And more damage. I love voidwalkers but IT feels like iam forced to play sc :-(
