It's a pretty dope pve subclass. Could use a buff for pve though

Only buff it needs is The Ram or Obsidian Mind. Plenty pve buff right there

Nova bomb hit detection is bad. Nothing Manacles need the be un-nerfed.

Well of course hit detection is bad, bungie programmed it. As for nothing manacles being unnerfed, bungie is more likely to nerf everything else first
