Lel. Run max discipline with nothing manacles and scatter grenades. I still have fun.
They need a year 2 weapon that decreases grenade cooldown... We already have bad juju and Monte Carlo.
Edit: I do run sunsinger from time to time, but I usually use fusion grenades only. I rarely used double burn. I believe securing the kill is better than removing the target from the fight for 15 seconds.
BTW, if grenades could speak, fusion grenades would say "tee hee!!" Just like I do, when I stick someone and run away like the little asshole I am ;)

Fusion grenades, i always say to myself as I chuck them: "here, hold that for me" boom. /giggle

Tlaloc does, but it's a minimal perk. Like it might as well do nothing.

Oh yeah... But I have tested it, and the grenade boost is marginal. It's barely visible, and not worth IMO, because I could just be space-dunking people.
