There's no such thing as a "real man" or a "proper man." If you identify as a man you're a man. You don't get to dissociate with the entire male population because you think you're better than they are. Instead of passing them off as "little boys," maybe try educating them as to how to be better so that they stop making "the rest of you" look bad.
