Sword Reforged, Unable to Kill Alak-Hul
So my fireteam has killed alak-hul twice but the quest for the sword reforged won't check him as dead. We have killed the void one and alak-hul within the 30 seconds but still nothing.

Abandon the quest then re-collect it from the kiosk, it will still be on the same step. But both boxes will be empty. Then give it another go, Kill the Void knight just before you kill the Darkblade. Best of luck!
