Hello!
I've looked in about 100 different places including the transfer FAQ at bungie.net and I'm still just a little bit confused.
To try and make a long story short, I started playing with a Hard Copy of Destiny on the 360 week one. Have all the DLC and everything. The issue is that the DLC ( I and II ) were bought before 01/15/15. I got another 360 so that my girl could use the other one for Netflix. The box I got couldn't read discs so I bought digital Destiny in May 2015. I know I will have to buy TTK again but I'd like to not have to pay for the base game again if possible.
TL;DR / Question: Will I have to buy the base game again if I bought it in May 2015, even if I bought the entire game + DLC before 01/15/15?
Thank you for your time!

Thank you for the quick replies! I guess I'll just have to eat the $40 for TTK plus however much the base costs. I really don't want to give them any more money for it tbh.

Yes. The upgrade offer was only for the digital versions and you started with a disc version.

You will have to buy the base game and TTK. The Dark Below and HoW transfer for free because of the upgrade program. You can see their policy here.

Edited by Kell of Kellogs: 3/1/2016 10:21:38 PMUnfortunately yes you will. The base game will only upgrade for free if you purchased it digitally prior to January 15, 2015. Since your digital copy was purchased in May of 2015 it will not be eligible for this.
