Well yeah, gonna get a bit feelsy here: But, my mom and dad didn't have enough to take care of about 7 kids, pay rent and get food and school stuff for us. We kinda were on a limited budget to be exact. Also, my mom and dad didn't really know or care about the Internet. They just saw it as some thing we didn't really need. But, yeah, we didn't have enough funds to really support paying monthly for Internet. I remember there was times when we weren't even able to pay for our DISH bill, so we couldn't watch TV for a while. Although, the lack of Internet did give me enough time to learn a few skills here and there.
