Is it possible to roll Arminius with Counterbalance, Braced Frame, and Persistence?

Edited by AurionBlack: 3/2/2016 8:04:19 PMNo, counterbalance and persistance both come in the same perk lane. If you want counterbalance the best options you would have for the second perk is crowd control, hot swap (probably better than persistance) or surrounded.

It's honestly unnecessary to have any more stability perks than counterbalance. It totally eradicates all horizontal recoil and what's left is easily manageable.
