I use bodmas. But for your sake let's use pemdas.
6\2(1+2)
6\2(3)
Now let's get rid of this "which comes first arguement" and make it simple.
6\2\1over3 sorry I can't put fractions in my phone.
So if we do it in that order (same order as OP), the answer is 9.

Even if you use PEMDAS no matter what the number is, if it involves multiplication its first. There is no bigger number system

Well use bodmas cause PEMDAS is a better process and is used more

You can use either, it doesn't matter because you can switch multiplication and division by simply inversing the the fraction to the right of the symbol. I just grew up with bodmas.
