Might be a stupid question but if you hold on to the package, will next week's arms day have a different set of perks available even though the arminius might not even be sold? Reading some post people are saying yes. I was under the assumption that you have to hold on to the package for the next time the gunsmith sells the arminius, which may or may not be next week.
