No telling, but the laces are cut off. Always lace your boots over the top so they can cut the laces out if your legs are -blam!-ed up. Makes it easier to get a knife or scissors under the bottom lace especially. A lot of times they'll just cut them off anyway, but that's a pretty good amount of blood on them.
