Not sure what's up with Phogoth anyway. They threw three new ghosts in the hellmouth, two of which in Phogoths room. I figured that was a clear sign it was going to come forward. Then there was that helm for hunters. It made sense since hunters are the only class without a legendary strike specific helm. "JUST.....*makes fist* DO IT!"
